In response to the growing need for sustainable urban development, the project seeks to address the design of a welcoming space for the 160 Jan Smuts Avenue office building located in Rosebank. The project investigates innovative strategies for sustainable architecture and integrates natural elements into the design, rethinking ways of spatial planning and hospitality in the African context through the lens of the VaTsonga tribe and African sayings.
