I explore the synergy between music and architecture to reshape urban spaces. Focusing on Bassline Live and the Johannesburg Municipal Transport building, I envision an intervention that revitalises Newtown\u2019s musical heritage, fostering connections, cultural revival, and inclusive urban vibrancy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newtown, Johannesburg, is a diverse urban district with several community engagement hotspots that play pivotal roles in fostering connections, cultural exchange, and urban vibrancy. These hotspots are hubs of activity and interaction, drawing residents and visitors alike into the heart of Newtown\u2019s social tapestry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My architectural intervention fuses music and design to rejuvenate Johannesburg\u2019s Newtown District. My design unites diverse music genres, honours cultural heritage, and breathes new life into urban spaces.
