Thank you for considering the Graduate School of Architecture (GSA) for furthering your studies. The GSA offers the following programmes: 

  • The two programmes that form part of the Unit system are Bachelor of Architecture Honours and Master of Architecture. Please note only students that completed Bachelor of Architecture Honours under the Unit system can apply for the Master of Architecture programme. 
  • Master of Architecture (Design, Theory & Practice)  
  • PhD in Art and Design (this is shared with the Faculty)  

To apply for any of our programmes please complete an online application for which the process is outlined below.

Selection Process: 

  • You will be contacted to submit additional information such as portfolios, motivational letters and proposals and may be requested to attend an interview   
  • Applications are open until the 31 October 2025 and all applicants should receive feedback by the 15 December on their application status. 
  • Kindly take note that a PhD applications follows the Faculty selection process and different feedback on application status apply.
