GSA Unit 16 Co-lead
Katherine Dewar is Unit 16 co-lead at the GSA and lecturer at the Department of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg. Holding Master’s degrees in architecture and visual art, her interdisciplinary practice explores gender, othering, motherhood, space, and materiality through visual and experiential forms. She is currently pursuing a PhD on weaving as process-architecture – a feminist and decolonial rethinking of architectural making.
