Diploma in Architectural Management at the Graduate School of Architecture, FADA, at the University of Johannesburg The GSA is pleased to announce the launch of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Architectural Management commencing in 2023. This is a one year online, full-time programme that will be offered part-time over two years. It is aimed at students holding a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design who wish to advance their studies in architectural design practice and management and who may be considering pursuing research-based Master’s level studies. Candidates registered as candidate architects, candidate senior architectural technologists and candidate interior designers may apply. The programme will also serve as a valuable framework for those preparing for SACAP Professional Practice Examination whilst working in practice. The curriculum covers Architectural Practice Management, Architectural Project Management, Architectural Contracts, with electives in Knowledge Management/Building Information Management and Property Development and Property Finance. A variety of lecturers from South Africa and abroad will contribute to the delivery of the programme.
